In 1988 Dino Bellini and Flavio Fiorazzo formed a joint venture, with the purpose of operating at high quality level in the fields of Information Technology (Office Automation), Industry Automation (Industry Automation) and, with a vertical integration, Vending Machines.

Through a strong collaboration with major companies, a persistent contact with higly qualified professionals and strong partnerships with top businesses hey have been able to renew, to grow and to offer advanced technologies to their Customers.
